I recently completed map illustrations for various residential properties. Maps can be tricky, you must be very detail-oriented in approach but still try and see the broader picture.
Safari Drive Map
Look and feel must follow layout and design so i worked with the art director to dial in the the style and color.
All the maps had various icons, letters and number keys in addition to creating the map itself. Exciting stuff i know, but a well designed map gets you where you need to go, hopefully in style.
